Awards and Tributes

Surprise tribute: This tribute is granted to Associates in a sincere and emotional public event. The parents/carers nobleness, love, solidarity, effort, perseverance and sacrifice to improve the lives of their children with epilepsy is awarded, because the pathology has been etched on their souls because of the journey they have had to travel.

This recognition comes from the soul and is the voice of all those who belong to this big family "Apemsi".
Award to Volunteers: These awards are granted to volunteers who have dedicated and shared their time to collaborate with those who have epilepsy and their families.
Solidarity with epilepsy: Is granted to public and private organisationsa and legal people and entities who collaborate in integration projects and activities, awareness, information, training etc. about epilepsy.

With these awards and tributes we wish to show our appreciation to all those in receipt of an award or tribute for their positive work with epilepsy.

Among the winners are: Department of Equality and Social Welfare, Andalucian Foundation of Social Services, Caniles village, Baza town, Dr. Miguel Rufo Campos, Dr. Antonio Gil-Nagel, Martin Soler Marquez, Aldolfo Dominguez and the pharmaceutical companies: Phizer and Ucb.
