Apemsi supports iniciatives by public and private organisations who carry out studies and statistics with regard to medical and pharmacuetical advances and the social, family and work issues related to epilepsy. They help to advance and seek more help and benefits which improve the quality of life for those with severe epilepsy and their families.

We also do surveys and polls which test the general public's perceptions and knowledge about epilepsy. The statistics and studies allow us to analyse the data, interpret it and reach conclusions about the strategies and programmes needed to improve general knowledge about the pathology. We inform the public about the results obtained.
